The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA) center for homeless and housing resources is sponsoring a webinar on serious mental illness in affordable housing.

The 90-minute webinar will provide an overview of serious mental illness for housing providers, including an overview of symptoms and medications, a review of effective policies and programs, a discussion of applied scenarios and recommendations, and a Q&A with experts.

Although titled “Public Housing and Serious Mental Illness,” the description states that the webinar is intended for public housing authorities (PHAs) and HUD Multifamily Housing providers; all housing and services providers are welcome to join.
