AvidXchange Webinar: Healthcare Clinic Adopts Automation and Transforms Operations To Better Serve Community
-
Patient care is of utmost importance for those working in the healthcare industry, regardless of whether you’re operating within clinical offices, dental offices, hospitals or other practices. With patients coming in and out, a skilled labor crunch and hundreds of invoices to process – managing the back office can be challenging.
What You’ll Learn
This was especially true for Saban Community Clinic. They were struggling to retain qualified healthcare accounts payable workers – making it difficult to maintain business continuity while processing invoices and payments on time.
The nonprofit healthcare clinic, with five locations throughout Los Angeles, was taking two to three weeks to get payment approvals. As a result, most invoices were past due. Michelle To, staff accountant at Saban Community Clinic, knew that something needed to change. The long approval processes and in turn delayed orders prevented them from operating at their full potential.
The Solution: Going paperless with AP automation.
Join Michelle To, Staff Accountant at Saban Community Clinic and Chris Elmore, Chief Evangelist at AvidXchange, as they discuss Saban Community Clinic’s journey from manual processes to going paperless and increasing efficiency. In this interactive discussion attendees will:
- Hear first-hand how AP automation fueled business and professional growth
- Discover how automated processes help improve work-life balance and nurture talent
- Learn how human support provides a seamless process for team members
