Behavioral health issues are on the rise due to social isolation from COVID-19. Join RehabCare for a webinar presentation that focuses on these behavioral health issues and learn about strategies for early intervention and improving residents’ quality of life. It is important for caregivers to stay focused on patients to quickly identify changes in mood due to social isolation. Rehabilitation has a role in evaluating the physical issues as well as behavioral health issues due to the imposed social isolation. An individualized, person-centered plan can be developed by rehabilitation and education provided to the staff for keeping residents engaged in meaningful activities to keep them functioning at their highest levels and improving quality of life.
