The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is hosting a training series to assist states in understanding the extensive provisions of the CMS-3442-F: Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Minimum Staffing Standards for Long-Term Care Facilities and Medicaid Institutional Payment Transparency Reporting (also referred to as the Medicaid Access Rule).
This training will focus on Timely Access and Waiting List Reporting, and Person Centered Planning Reporting & Minimum Performance Level.
