Join LeadingAge and Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) on the afternoon of July 27 for a rare in-person opportunity to hear directly from HUD’s NSPIRE experts on key changes to the REAC inspection protocol before the changes go into effect for Multifamily Housing communities on October 1. Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with HUD leadership and other housing providers during the event reception.

Hosted at the LeadingAge office in Washington, DC, this LeadingAge and LeadingAge DC event will help prepare HUD-assisted senior housing providers for NSPIRE implementation. LeadingAge and its members have been involved in the rollout of the new housing inspection approach since the beginning since—weighing in with HUD at every opportunity—as the new process will impact hundreds of thousands of older adults in HUD-assisted communities.
