The Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Reporting Portal opened January 1 and will remain open through March 31 at 11:59 p.m. ET  for providers to submit their reports for Reporting Period 6. Providers who received one or more PRF (General or Targeted) and/or American Rescue Plan(ARP) Rural payments exceeding $10,000, in the aggregate, from July 1 to December 31, 2022, must report on their use of these funds during Reporting Period 6 to comply with PRF Reporting Requirements. Failure to submit the required report will result in providers being required to return the funds.
