HUD Posts COVID-19 Supplemental Payments Request Form

HUD has posted its COVID-19 Supplemental Payments (CSP) request form ahead of the November 19 deadline. HUD has also posted an overview of tips and explanations for filling out the request form. CSPs allow owners to request reimbursement for COVID-19 related expenses - both operating and capital - incurred at the property since March 27, 2020.

HUD has posted the COVID-19 Supplemental Payment (CSP) request form; owners can now submit payment requests for expenses incurred between March 27, 2020 through October 31, 2021.

The request form is available here, and an overview of technical tips for filling out the form is here. The deadline to submit reimbursement requests to HUD or the Contract Administrator is November 19, 2021.
