On May 27 LeadingAge submitted comments to the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, responding to a request for information from the Department’s Anticompetitive Regulations Task Force. Our letter focused on Medicare Advantage issues, as well as marketing restrictions affecting PACE.
