LeadingAge hosted our second workshop on HUD’s new grant funding opportunity for Service Coordinators in Multifamily Housing communities on February 8. During the workshop, LeadingAge housing experts reviewed examples of key components of submitting a complete application, including the budget form, continuing education plan, and supportive services plan. The workshop also discussed eligibility and competitiveness factors for applicants based on property risk ranking and office space availability.
