LeadingAge expressed opposition to many of the provisions offered as part of Committee’s budget reconciliation bill slated for markup on May 13. Our concerns focus on the legislation’s Medicaid provisions, as well as a provision around artificial intelligence. Also included is our support for the moratorium on the nursing home staffing standard.
