The Minimum Staffing Data (MDS) 2023 Updates Toolkit was prepared by Pathway Health Services, Inc. to provide long-term care facility resident assessment coordinators/MDS coordinators, as well as operational and clinical leaders, with helpful resources, tools, and education relative to the MDS updates that went into effect on October 1, 2023.

The toolkit is divided into sections designed to assist organization leadership, MDS coordinators, and the interdisciplinary team with the successful transition, implementation, and sustainability of the MDS 3.0 V 1.18.11 processes.
