As Director of Workforce Strategy and Development, Jenna Kellerman is responsible for guiding our efforts to improve the recruitment, retention and sustainability of a diverse, quality aging services caregiving workforce. Jenna Provide project leadership, management, technical assistance and guidance in the development of new workforce programs; evaluating state and national workforce programs to identify new grants, strategies or partnerships.
