Jules Bilowich’s role as LeadingAge’s Senior Director of Housing Operations and Policy is primarily responsible for LeadingAge’s regulatory and operational efforts in the area of affordable housing. Working with members, the Policy and Advocacy team and other LeadingAge leadership, Jules Bilowich establishes LeadingAge’s objectives for the operation of affordable housing; develops strategies to meet those objectives; and informs policy objectives to meet LeadingAge member needs.
