As the Director, Workforce Policy, Nicole Howell leads overall workforce policy strategy, including successfully advancing pieces of LeadingAge’s workforce policy agenda. Collaborating closely with other members of the Policy team, and the LeadingAge LTSS Center @ UMass Boston, Nicole develops and implements domestic and immigration-related workforce policy solutions; monitoring and analyzing existing and emerging legislative proposals to determine the potential impact on LeadingAge members.
