Strategic IT Planning Tools

To bridge the gap between the strategic-level guidance and the operational hands-on technology selection tools, CAST and the Strategic IT Planning work group created an educational module aimed at the executive team to help organizations identify the role of technology applications on the organization’s strategic goals and the technologies to help achieve them, and conduct Strategic IT Planning to update the communications and information infrastructure.
