The Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) is a 10-week immersive internship hosted at a LeadingAge member community. The Summer Enrichment Program is designed to provide undergraduate and graduate students the unique opportunity to obtain real-world experience in aging services.

Why Participate?

The Summer Enrichment Program is beneficial to students and LeadingAge member hosts alike. For students, the program offers exposure to rewarding job opportunities in the complex and growing field of aging services. LeadingAge members who host interns help shape future leaders and demonstrate a commitment to growing a pipeline of diverse leaders for the field of aging.
