Features Include

Conrad House - Newly remodeled studio, small one bedroom and large one bedroom apartments.  HUD subsidy vouchers accepted.  Secured entry, on-site convenience store, home care program, rehab services, beauty and barber shop, transportation and meals program.

Barnabas Court South - Three levels of care allows aging in place. Limited number of newly created, beautiful independent living apartments.  Residency care includes 3 meals a day, housekeeping, recreation and laundry service.  Light, licensed personal care based on a social model of care

Barnabas Court North-Licensed personal care based on a medical model of care. 

Ball Pavilion-Long term skilled nursing care and short stay rehab are available in this spacious 84 bed nursing center.  Many of our residents from the residential side come for a rehab stay after hospitalization or when they need long term nursing needs.

Brevillier Village Home Care Program-Residents in the Independent and Residency levels of care may use this program which maximizes independence and safety.  Services include:  Housekeeping, laundry, assistance with personal care, errands, shopping and transportation.  We are a Pennsylvania Certified Waiver Provider.
