Hospital and Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS), in cooperation with LeadingAge, its annual Assisted Living Salary & Benefits Study and invites LeadingAge members to participate. The national average salary for Directors of Human Resrouces (DHRs) in Nursing Homes increased 4.01%, according to the 2019-2020 Nursing Home Salary & Benefits Report. This continues the upward trend of DHR salaries, from a 3.38% rise in 2018. The national study is published by Hospital and Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS) in cooperation with LeadingAge and AHCA.
