LeadingAge looks forward to working with the Senate HELP Committee to provide the high-quality care and encourage careful consideration be given to policies that would:
- bolster wages
 
- offer incentives and federal grants
 
- mitigate price gouging from staffing agencies
 
- establish and retain a pipeline of foreign aging services workers
 
- implement common sense proposals that must be met before implementing nursing home staffing ratios
 
- enact meaningful, equitable long-term care financing
