The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) announced it released new participation data for the Medicare Care Choices Model (MCCM) on March 12. This model joins the existing models that have released data since 2022 as part of the CMS Innovation Center Model Data Sharing (CMDS) initiative.

The release will include a set of three files, one per participant type (entity, provider, beneficiary). While other models will include quarterly updates, reflecting changes captured for the prior quarter, MCCM ended in 2021. With this information now available publicly, additional research into the efficacy of the demonstration can begin.
