Home health providers are now subject to new a new condition of participation (CoP) included in the final CY2025 Home Health Prospective Payment System Rate Update and Home Infusion Therapy Services Requirements Proposed Rule. The CoP requires  agencies to develop and implement an acceptance-to-service policy and publicly post details of services offered.
