Help Make a Lasting Impact

We welcome expressions of interest from leaders who are deeply committed to shaping the future of aging services. While board slots are limited each year, nominees will be added to a standing pool for consideration as vacancies emerge. The board assesses its composition annually and selects new members based on evolving leadership needs.

Board service is a meaningful commitment. Candidates must be willing to serve at least one three-year term, regularly attend and proactively participate in meetings, engage in committee work as assigned, and help represent LeadingAge as needed—whether by sharing their expertise in discussions, supporting key initiatives, or, when opportunities arise, speaking on behalf of the association. Eligible candidates are individuals who report to a board, are employed by an active LeadingAge provider member, and bring strategic insight and a dedication to our mission.

The board will review the nominee pool in May. Those being considered for the 2026 slate will be contacted. Given the limited number of board seats available each year, submitting your name for consideration does not guarantee selection, but the nominee pool remains an ongoing resource for future vacancies.
