LeadingAge affordable housing provider members across the country are receiving approval notifications, and some funding allotments, for Round 5 COVID-19 Supplemental Payment (CSP) requests submitted earlier this year.

Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has administered five rounds of CSP payments to Multifamily Housing properties to offset costs related to COVID-19, including operational and capital costs. On May 11, several LeadingAge affordable housing members reported receiving CSP approval notifications from HUD, including for large-scale capital investments like back-up generators and internet installation.
