LeadingAge has teamed up again with CLA to produce the LeadingAge CEMO Executive Compensation Report. The report outlines compensation and other employment practices of multisite aging services organizations throughout the country for more than 15 key executive positions, which include:
- Salary, total cash compensation, and total salary including retirement and deferred compensation.
- Incentive plan utilization and targets.
- Benefit plan incidence.
- Regression analysis for compensation based on the organization’s revenue.
- Governance-related survey data regarding compensation practices.
In order to gather 2024 data, we need your help!
Please consider participating in the Executive Compensation Survey to help make this year’s report a valued success. The recruitment period for participating organizations has already begun and will be open through August 31, 2024.
Submissions prior to July 31, 2024 will secure your discounted participating provider price of $450, while submissions after July 31, 2024 will increase the price to $600 for participants. Participant pricing offers a significant reduction over the non-participating provider rate of $2,000 – $2,500.

Once CLA receives your data kit, their team will:
