All prospective PACE programs and Medicare Advantage Organizations (MAOs), along with any existing contract or plan that intends to make changes to their Plan Connectivity Data module, should review the June 10 Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ memo with detailed instructions for making necessary updates. Existing plans and programs are urged to also review their Plan Connectivity Data in HPMS. Resubmission is not necessary if there are no updates.
