Ziegler Webinar – COVID-19: One Year Later (webinar recording)

Ziegler’s Mid-Atlantic investment banking team held its eighth webinar since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, covering key issues for senior living providers. The webinar began with the team sharing data on COVID-19 and its impact on the sector over the past year, as well as provided an update on the growth of life plan communities. The team moved on with an update on the capital markets, touching on refunding strategies for non-callable bonds and offering insights on new rating agency criteria from Fitch and S&P.
