As we continue to improve all the ways we support our members, LeadingAge needed a refreshed home for engagement, connection and information. The new LeadingAge.org is designed with a vibrant new look, and, most importantly, is organized to make it easier to access everything you need from your membership.

As our sector continues to face a workforce crisis, we’ve prepared new research that explores potential employees’ perceptions of aging services and sector jobs. An expansion of our Opening Doors to Aging Services initiative, Opening Doors to the Aging Services Workforce is one more way LeadingAge has members’ backs on workforce priorities.
Earlier in this year, CMS released the long-awaited surveyor guidance on phase 3 of the Requirements of Participation (RoPs) with an implementation deadline of October 24, 2022. To prepare our members for the deadline, we’ve been busing releasing resources to help our nursing home members.
