The leadership skills of CEOs and executive directors have a significant impact on their organizations, their teams, and ultimately, the older adults they serve. Investing in professional development early in a leader’s tenure can have positive long-term outcomes for all.
Back for a fourth program year, the 2024 Fellowship Program for New CEOs creates a community for new and incoming CEOs, presidents, and executive directors who have been in their roles for up to three years. Register and commit to enhancing leadership confidence and effectiveness, gaining a framework for your purpose, and sharing challenges and advice with a peer network in similar circumstances.
The virtual program runs mid-June through early September and will include an optional in-person gathering at the LeadingAge Annual Meeting in October.

The Fellowship Program for New CEOs was the best opportunity and everything I needed as I settled into my new position. It required me to use a holistic leadership approach to include true deep diving, viewing information from various perspectives and learning to be still at times. The relationships that I built and will continue to build long after the program, are invaluable. This program was definitely worth the investment of time and money.
