Crystal Mills Takes on Vice President of Advancement and Communications Role at Landis Communities

Landis Communities, Lititz, PA, has named Crystal Mills as vice president of advancement and communications. In the role, she will lead the organization’s fundraising, marketing, and communications efforts and serve on its leadership team. Mills joins Landis Communities from VisionCorps, where she served as vice president of development and led fundraising and communications initiatives. Before that, she spent nearly a decade with Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health Foundation as director of development, focusing on major and planned gifts. Her earlier career included advancement, communications, and community relations roles with Lancaster Theological Seminary and Hospice & Community Care. Mills holds a Master of Fine Arts in creative writing from Drexel University and a bachelor’s degree in communications and English from Elizabethtown College.

Asbury Communities Appoints Arlene Henry as New Executive Director of Grace Park

Arlene Henry has been appointed executive director of Grace Park, Stroudsburg, PA, an Asbury Community. Henry brings more than a decade of senior living leadership experience and a clinical background as a registered nurse. Throughout her career, Henry has led senior living communities with a focus on resident experience, quality care, team development, and operations. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and has worked to support individuals living with dementia and their families. In addition to her leadership role at Grace Park, Henry has been involved with community organizations focused on aging services, including serving as event experience chair for the Monroe County Alzheimer’s Association Walk and as a co-founder of the Pocono Area Senior Alliance.

Westminster Communities of Florida Appoints Joe Chambers to Vice President of Sales and Marketing

In the role, he will oversee sales and marketing efforts for Westminster’s 11 Life Plan Communities. Chambers brings nearly 30 years of experience in senior living leadership. He has a track record of supporting occupancy growth, revenue performance, and operations across senior living organizations.

Ohio Living Quaker Heights Names John Ramsey New Executive Director

Ohio Living Quaker Heights, Waynesville, OH, has named John Ramsey executive director. In the role, Ramsey will oversee campus operations and provide strategic leadership while supporting staff engagement, resident satisfaction and community partnerships. Ramsey brings over 30 years of senior living leadership experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit settings. He has led operations across the continuum of care, most recently in skilled nursing and assisted living. Ramsey earned a master’s degree in public administration from SUNY Brockport and is a licensed nursing home administrator. He also serves on the Antioch Shrine Foundation Board and is a current board member and past president of the Miami Valley Long-Term Care Association.

Saint John’s on the Lake, Milwaukee, WI, announced leadership appointments for Amber Donovan, Cassandra Anderson, and Meighan Bentz. Donovan was named administrator, Anderson was promoted to director of nursing, and Bentz was promoted to assistant director of nursing.

Donovan brings more than 30 years of experience in senior living and long-term care, having begun her career as an occupational therapist before advancing into management, corporate, and executive leadership roles.

Anderson previously served as nurse manager at Saint John’s on the Lake and was director of clinical services at Ascension at Home. Anderson holds a master’s degree in nursing leadership from Western Governors University.

Bentz has been promoted to assistant director of nursing after serving as nurse manager at Saint John’s on the Lake since 2012. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and art from Marquette University.

Dylan Dyer Joins Jaybird Senior Living as Regional Director of Sales

He brings experience in both sales and operations, most recently serving as executive director at StoryPoint Ankeny for two years, and the sales director at Independence Village. Westminster at Lake Ridge, Lake Ridge, VA, an Ingleside Life Plan Community (LPC), has appointed Craig Turner and Chris Coronado as co-executive directors. The two leaders will share responsibility for community leadership while focusing on their respective areas of expertise.

Turner brings experience in resident engagement and community operations. In his new role, he will help oversee community operations and support services and programs for residents.

Coronado’s background includes healthcare operations, clinical services, finance, and infrastructure management. As co-executive director, he will work alongside Turner to lead the community and help guide Westminster at Lake Ridge through the early stages of its current expansion while overseeing operational and financial priorities.

Kathi Perezluha Promoted to Executive Director Role at Magnolia Trace

Magnolia Trace, Huntsville, AL, an Acts Retirement-Life Community, has appointed Kathi Perezluha as executive director of the senior living community. Perezluha most recently served as healthcare administrator at Magnolia Trace, a position she held for three years.

Perezluha brings more than two decades of experience in senior living and health care administration. In her new role, she will oversee operations and continue serving the community’s residents and team members.

HopeWest Names Chris Azelby as Hospice and Palliative Care Medical Director

HopeWest, Grand Junction, CO, has appointed Chris Azelby as hospice and palliative care medical director. Azelby joins the organization after serving as regional medical director for Choice Hospice. She is dual board-certified in geriatric and internal medicine and brings experience in hospice and palliative care delivery. In her new role, she will provide medical leadership for HopeWest’s hospice and palliative care programs.
