Kevin Anderson, president and CEO of Wesley Homes, Federal Way, WA, has announced plans to retire in summer 2027 after serving in the role since April 1999. Wesley’s Board of Trustees has initiated a leadership transition process that includes appointing a search committee and engaging outside professional support. During Anderson’s tenure, Wesley Homes expanded from a single retirement community to four communities. Anderson launched Wesley Health & Home Care in 2003.

Edenwald, Towson, MD, announced that Amanda Young has joined the organization as vice president of marketing and growth strategies. In the role, she will lead Edenwald’s brand positioning and new product growth strategies. Young is founder of M.A. Longey Consulting, an advisory practice focused on the development of Continuing Care at Home (CCaH) programs for senior living organizations. She works with senior living operators and life plan communities (LPC) on program development, launch, and expansion. Young holds a doctorate in leadership and gerontology from Concordia University Chicago.

Amy Shotmeyer Porter has been promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer (COO) at Christian Health, Wyckoff, NJ. In the expanded role, she will oversee clinical, residential, and support services across the organization, including post-acute care, mental health services, residential services, home and community-based services (HCBS), pastoral care, and environmental services. She will also continue to oversee legal, corporate compliance, and government affairs functions. Shotmeyer Porter joined Christian Health in 2024 as in-house counsel. Before that, she spent 16 years with DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin, advancing from law clerk to equity partner. Her background includes litigation, risk management, insurance coverage, and patient safety.

Megan Boyce has been promoted to chief innovation officer (CIO) and chief of staff at Parker Health Group, Piscataway, NJ, and appointed to the organization’s executive leadership team. In her new role, she will lead initiatives focused on innovation, strategic partnerships, and opportunities that address the evolving needs of older adults, family caregivers, and the aging services field. Boyce joined Parker in 2011 as a licensed nursing home administrator and has held leadership roles in skilled nursing, finance, HCBS, and business development. Boyce has a bachelor’s degree in public health and a master’s of public health from Rutgers University, as well as an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Elizabeth Pitcher has joined Westminster Communities of Florida, Orlando, FL, as regional sales director. In the role, she will support sales professionals across the organization’s 11 life plan communities (LPCs) as a member of the regional sales leadership team. Pitcher brings more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development across senior living, hospitality, entertainment, and real estate. Most recently, she founded and led Senior Census Consulting Group. She previously served as regional director of sales, marketing and training for Watermark Retirement Communities, where her responsibilities included supporting occupancy growth, sales performance, and team development across the organization’s portfolio.

George Linial, president and CEO of LeadingAge Texas, has announced plans to retire June 30, 2027. The LeadingAge Texas Board of Directors has begun a succession planning process and will conduct a search for the organization’s next president and CEO. Linial has served LeadingAge Texas for more than 25 years, working with providers, partners, volunteers, and advocates focused on aging services across the state. He said he will remain in his current role through his retirement date and continue to focus on member services, advocacy efforts, organizational programs, and staff support during the transition.
