Ann Lee has joined Attic Angel Prairie Point, Madison, WI, as community and sustainability manager. She most recently served as culture and engagement specialist at Oakwood Village, where she led employee engagement, culture, and belonging initiatives for a senior living organization with more than 600 employees. Before joining Oakwood Village, Lee was administrator of independent senior living at St. Camillus and director of senior housing at Skaalen Retirement Services. Earlier in her career, she spent 10 years as managing director of Trinity Pines Retirement Center, overseeing operations, resident relations, community outreach, and financial management for the independent living community. Lee earned a bachelor’s degree in business management, psychology and Spanish from Luther College.

Ann Patterson was promoted to vice president of health services and executive director of Broadmead, Cockeysville, MD. In her expanded role, Patterson will work with Jay Prince, president and CEO, to help guide Broadmead’s daily operations and support future initiatives.

Patterson has been with Broadmead for 10 years and has held leadership roles within the organization during that time.

Melissa Sudduth has joined The Hill at Whitemarsh, Lafayette Hill, PA, as director of healthcare services. She oversees the community’s healthcare operations, including its skilled nursing facility, assisted living unit, primary care practice, home care company, and future memory care center. Sudduth brings more than 20 years of nursing experience to the position. She is a certified registered nurse practitioner board-certified in family medicine and a licensed nursing home administrator. She earned a master’s degree in nursing from Villanova University.

Mary Hahn has been named CEO of Holy Family Senior Living, Bethlehem, PA. She succeeds Len Weiser, who has served as consultant and interim CEO during the leadership transition.

Hahn most recently served as vice president of health and wellness at Bell and Evans. Earlier in her career, she held executive leadership roles for more than 20 years in Catholic healthcare at Penn State Health St. Joseph. Her experience also includes positions with The Ohio State University Medical Center and Henry Ford Health System/Health Alliance Plan. Hahn earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester and a master of health administration degree from The Ohio State University.

Beth Nodes was promoted to vice president of experience at Immanuel, Omaha, NE. In her new role, she will continue to oversee and expand the organization’s resident and participant experience strategy. Nodes joined Immanuel through a social work and care navigation leadership position and has since assumed responsibility for areas including life enrichment, wellness, volunteer services, and support for clinical initiatives. Before joining Immanuel, she served as Nebraska’s long-term care ombudsman, advocating for residents in long-term care settings. Nodes earned a degree in social work from the University of Kansas.
