Message From Katie: Speak Up for All the Mothers and Fathers We Serve
LeadingAge president and CEO Katie Sloan reflects on the significance of last weekend—when Americans celebrated our mothers while also trying to protect them from the devastating pandemic that has upended our lives.

LeadingAge is inviting all Americans to join us in the fight to protect the older people in our lives who, truly, have done more for us than anyone in the world. In a message to members, Katie encourages us all to speak up—loudly—for all the mothers (and fathers) we serve.

Watch for an Action Alert later today for one important way to make your voice heard. We’re advocating that Congress protect older adults and support aging services in the next coronavirus relief bill, which was introduced in the House of Representatives yesterday.
