Clement works with member communities and internal staff to improve member’s customer service experience, connect members with benefits and is the primary support for the member community. Additionally, Clement serves as the internal resource for LeadingAge staff and members who utilize the member community, networks and other engagement tools. Clement also serves as the primary point of contact for members calling for assistance and assists the Member Engagement team with special projects.
